maintenance can include printer paper replenishment,

line maintenance refers to repairs and service

in case an unexpected problem arises.

An ISO is an Independent Sales Organization

These entities are middlemen, as they typically
do not perform the services. They typically
match the payment services they sell with
“Front End” solutions for accepting
transactions in order to offer merchants
a working system.
