MonitorNox remotely manages and heals devices and is ideally suited for creating highly available self-service systems.

Without careful management, most enterprise monitoring systems tend to become less efficient. Monitor systems not components - Monitoring a single device or single type of device is no longer sufficient. The entire infrastructure is monitored in a streamlined fashion and actionable information is readily available. MonitorNox incorporates data from the network, database and devices.

Monitor from anywhere - Monitoring is a collaborative process and to be carried out at optimum efficiency, the interface is browser-based and accessible from any location of the world over a secure Internet connection.

Healing capabilities – MonitorNox can be used to remotely re-boot and re-configure devices.

Monitoring components - Monitoring is carried out in layers. At the very highest level the state “On” and “Off” matters. But at every level below, there are a number of actions that occur to cause the high-level failures. The MonitorNox monitoring system is constantly active at the low-levels, before events can cascade into failures. Low level monitoring includes a way to heal and recycle the system before more serious issues occur.

24-7 monitoring of 1000 + transaction endpoints, including advanced function ATM’s, Kiosks, and Virtual Terminals - In contrast to standard ATMs, advanced-function ATMs process multiple transaction types in addition to regular ATM transactions and support twice the number of peripherals normally managed.

Global Collaboration – Monitoring and support teams are distributed among three locations across the globe. The teams coordinate over IP and share reports and data in MonitorNox.

Manage SLA’s – MonitorNox gives instant, real-time access to channel partners who want to see the status of open issues, complaints and downtimes. Banks and other financial institutions get their own interface, tailored for their needs. All issues are logged and reported.
